Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the liagence platform by ecommerce brands ("Customer").

liagence provides AI-managed customer advocacy campaigns including detection, scoring, mission creation, verification and reporting. Specific deliverables are defined in the order or subscription agreement.

SaaS plans are billed monthly in USD as displayed on the pricing page. Invoices are due within 14 days.

The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness of customer data shared with liagence and for human approval of all outbound communications.

liagence's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer over the 12 months preceding the claim.

SaaS plans can be cancelled at any time effective the next billing cycle.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the publisher's jurisdiction.
