Privacy policy

Brand account data (name, email, company), customer data imported by brands (orders, reviews, engagement signals) and product usage telemetry.

To run advocacy campaigns: scoring customers, recommending missions, drafting invites, verifying actions, and generating reports for the brand.

Data is hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase (EU regions where applicable). AI providers are used to generate drafts and recommendations · prompts are not used for model training.

Customer data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 30 days after termination upon written request.

Brands and their customers can request access, rectification or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@liagence.com.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a minimal analytics cookie to measure aggregated traffic. No advertising cookies.
